The weather and my hooks begin to cool . . .

Hello, all of my friends and supporters!           

I hope you have enjoyed the summer.  You have kept me busy with lots of orders, and I have enjoyed making these dolls for you.  Thank you.  Since school has started, I will not have as much time to crochet, so I am going to stop taking orders during the school year.   (As you can see, I have a lot of work to do, but I love school - unless I wake up too early.)  :-)

 

I will continue to post pictures of my latest crochet projects.  Also, I will post crochet items for sale as I get them done.  Thank you for your support, and have a great fall! 

A Blue Ribbon Doll

  Some friends saw some of my Love Buds on my Facebook page and suggested that I enter one in the County Fair.  I decided to take their advice and made a new one to enter in the fair.  This dress is one that I made up myself, and I really like it.  I made her hair style up myself, too.  I was really surprised when she got a blue ribbon!  I have quite a few orders to fill right now, so someone decided to order her, and she will probably be going all the way to New York!  She is very excited about her upcoming trip!

Introduction

Hi.  I'm Madison.  I am 9 years old and have been crocheting for one year.  I have crocheted lots of different things this year and have learned that I can crochet more than I can keep.  Several people have asked me about making things as gifts for others, and I enjoyed doing that.  So I'm offering to do that for you, too.  With the money I make from this little business, I'm mostly excited to have my own money to give to missions, but I would also like to start saving some money for the future, too.  I love making things, and I want to make cute things that other people will love as much as I love mine!
